Imaging - Field for tracking permeabilisation time for imaged_specimens

I would like to request an update to the imaging_preparation_protocol.json schema.

I would like to add a new field - 'permeabilisation_time' to this schema to allow data contributors to assign the permeabilisation time to the protocol.

This update constitutes a minor change to the schema it affects.

Field name: imaging_preparation_protocol.permeabilisation_time
Field description: The length of the permeabilisation time course in this protocol, in minutes
Field type: integer
Required: no
Examples: 15, 45
CV or enum: None

Data contributors have mentioned that permeabilisation time is a useful entity to track in it's separate field, as the permeabilisation time affects the quality of the image and is needed for reproducibility
