Thanks for working on this, I'd definitely like to be able to have bibliographies on for example Documenter web pages 🙂 . Have you seen libraries like https://github.com/brechtm/citeproc-py ? Maybe it would be easiest to just make a Julia wrapper for that and use it for BibTeX parsing and text citation generation?

@mateuszbaran you're lucky, @ali-ramadhan is testing an integration for Documenter: https://github.com/ali-ramadhan/DocumenterBibliographyTest.jl

About citeproc-py ... I am not comfortable with Python (that kind of people do exist ... no lies). As I want to have control over the parsers in Bibliography for a long term project, I prefer to have those written in a language I like!
Now, if someone wants to wrap some existing parser (not only bibtex ones), I will gladly import them.
