I've tried to connect multiple times with no luck, never been able to make any connection at all.

I've already tried:

  • Restarting the application
  • Restarting the computer
  • Restarting the router

I can't really think of anything else to try.

Edit:
After seeing the screenshot, this is actually not accurate to what I'm seeing.
