Java version: 8
Minecraft Forge version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2847

Describe the bug
Jetpack deceleration does change the direction of movement to one of the 6 directions, to each side of each orthogonal axis

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

craft a chestplate with a jetplate
add in flight control module in head
fly diagonally and stop pressing keys
See how the direction of your movement instantly switches to a straight one parallel to one of the axis. Most likely either X or Z axis

Expected behavior
Deceleration should not change your direction
