members mailing list in spam blacklist

Our OBF members mailing list (https://mailman.open-bio.org/mailman/listinfo slash name of mailing list) has been incorrectly blacklisted by some gateways, so mail to some members is bouncing.

Need to investigate how to get unblacklisted and/or migrate the mailing list elsewhere (google groups? I think we discussed that but can't remember why we didn't do that.).

Some universities block Google groups, if I recall.

We'd debated this a lot of times. For lists that are uni-directional, I vote that we move to tinyletter - it's free for up to 5000 people and doesn't appear to have any nasty tracking I can see.
