Right now we're using a ton of legacy packages where different optimisers are spread out:

using Optimization, Optim, OptimizationOptimJL, Optimisers, OptimizationOptimisers

In order to clean up dependencies and simplify things, we should port everything to Optimization.jl, which is also the new default option in SciML.
