Note Asset Management - image in clipboard is added to a note-specific folder

Add an image in the clipboard (e.g. a screenshot) to a note-specific assets directory, e.g.

./_resources/{note_filename}.assets/ScreenShot-5.png

This functionality would better as a plugin, but here's a Templater approach.
