riscv64 build of keepalived snap missing

Though keepalived is available as deb package on RISC-V, it is not available as snap.

The snap echo system fully supports RISC-V. Please, consider packaging for riscv64, too.

I am very happy to add RISC-V support but I have no idea how to do that. I have had a look on snapcraft.io and at the snapcraft.yaml file and I cannot see anywhere where the supported processor architectures are specified.

If you can explain how to add RISC-V then I will do so.

#2525 provides what is needed in snapcraft.yaml. I have been building for riscv64 locally on RISC-V hardware with the snapcraft command.

I do not know how you build the snaps that you distribute. Therefore I would not know which changes are needed.

One way is to use set up Launchpad to build based on Github changes. Launchpad support riscv64 builds. Cf. https://snapcraft.io/docs/build-from-github
