To have some sort of 'master' bypass / dry/wet per plugin (like REAPER fx)
Research if its a LV2 spec or a jack thing. Some plugins have wet/dry controls.

Jack and Jalv are discarded.
A bypass mechanism is quite doable.
A wet/dry seems a little more tricky.
Another Idea could be to sideload a "mixer" plugin with each plugin, that might get messy quite fast though,
