How to get Reschedule and Cancel Links on Redirect

When I use a custom redirect after someone books a meeting, how can I get the Reschedule and Cancel links? They aren't passed along in the URL parameters – how can they be accessed? I want to provide those links on my confirmation page in case the user wants to make a change. Getting the booking ID would be helpful as well.

Passing the Booking ID (i.e., my-app.com/bookings/[bookingUid]) fails when using a redirect from an embed. [bookingUid] is not replaced with an actual value – it remains the same
