Asset selection in final join stage

Introduce mechanism which would help resolve the situation when we produce the same named artifact in more than one non primary legs. (x64 is the primary one)

We will implement:

• either ordered list of legs which will prioritize artifact if the leg in list has higher priority
• or some "smarter" way to match artifact with preferred leg architecture which produce the artifact and only after that maybe follow-up with priority list if there are still ambiguities
