NewConicGradient is only exists in the master branch

The function NewConicGradient is only existing in the master branch, which could not be found in tag 1.3. Could you create a new tag for the new function?

Hey, if your issue is still relevant, just saying that you could always go get github.com/fogleman/gg@latest... but seeing that this is almost a year old, I'm a little late haha
