Given what you have learned about Git, why would you want to use Git in your classroom?

I would like to set up GitHub to grade my assignments. I have around 300 small assignments that I need to grade. I would like to do this us GitLab create automated testing and show my students how to write tests early in the class. Then create a CI server so to show and support students learning the entire DEV OP path.
