Config file "emulated_hue.json" is missing

Description

You mention in the FAQ a emulated_hue.json to disable lights. But i just set up your Addon and this file/folder is not exisitng in my /config/ folder

Expected behavior

Find emulated_hue.json

You should see a directory in config called hass-emulated-hue. Do you see that?

Yes I have this folder but there is just cert_key.pem and cert.pem inside, no configuration file.
