We need to clean up the params hash to normalize what's coming through. Provide nice way to turn paramaters into hashes (e.g. comments[post_id]).

Also parameters need to be url decoded automatically.

Also, GET and POST values need to be added to the params hash automatically

As of 4d41a69 parameters are now decoded automatically.
