Right Click from an Application

Hello,
I don't know exactly what the terminology is called, but say you're in your email (mail.app on mac) and if you highlight a word, and do a right click and select "Search with Google".

And I would like that if I "Search with Google" from Mail app, open in Chrome and "Search with Google" from anywhere else open with Safari.

Can finicky handle that sort of thing?
