Done Criteria

  • repo renamed to connectivity-site
  • repo moved from pathfindertools org to libp2p org

Why Important

All PLN maintained libp2p repos and projects should be colocated under the same libp2p organization.
This makes it

Keeping the connectivity website in a separate org hinders discoverability and leaves org ownership unclear.

@tbenbow Can you transfer this repo to https://github.com/libp2p and rename it to connectivity-site

@p-shahi : can we followup to make this happen? If @tbenbow can't help, lets ask @andyschwab . An email can also be sent to [email protected]

Heya @BigLep, I can certainly transfer the repo to the LibP2P account. Do you want to move the Fleek hosting to your own account as well? If so I believe someone will need to make DNS changes unless Fleek has come up with a nice way to transfer accounts as well.

There is also Tina hosting which is the CMS. I recommend leaving that on the Pathfinder account as we get a discounted rate (which makes this site free).

@p-shahi Perhaps I should be asking you?

I think we can leave the fleek hosting account the same for now

Sounds good

I can certainly transfer the repo to the LibP2P account

Yes let's do that! In case only an owner of an organization can do the repo transfer please let me know

@p-shahi I renamed the repo but I need permissions on libp2p to be able to transfer it. You are an admin of this repo as well, if you are also a member of the libp2p organization you should be able to transfer the repo.

Can you give it a try and let me know when you are done? I will need to connect Fleek and Tina to the newly transferred repo. There will be now downtime but no updates can be made until I've set that up after the transfer.

Thanks @andyschwab! I'll need a bit more help tomorrow to install the Fleek and Tina integrations on the LibP2P Github account. We can do it in the morning together if you have time.
