Drag in Safari

Hello, thank you creator for sharing

When I use this component, it is perfectly compatible with other browsers
But only in Safari, even if I write any method or mounted listenning to disable background scrolling when dragging, there is still a certain chance that background scrolling will be triggered when dragging.

Is this a BUG?
