Steps to reproduce

  • Set system language to Chinese
  • Set PowerToys' "Application Language" to English
  • Flip through settings page

✔️ Expected Behavior

All texts should follow "Application Language" setting

❌ Actual Behavior

Some of them are following system language setting instead
