Windows App SDK 1.3.1 is a stable servicing release that fixes critical bugs for 1.3.

Question, did 1.2.230313.1 bug fix made it into this package

@bpulliam to confirm, but I believe 1.2.230313.1 (1.2.5) was included as part of 1.3.0 as well as 1.3.1.

Our process is to fix issues in main first, and then backport them so 1.3 should always have the fixes made in 1.2, even in servicing. You should not ever see missing bug fixes after taking an upgrade.
