Contribution Guidence

We should probably come up with some sensible guidence/guidelines for people wishing to contribute.

For example adding appropriate unit tests where applicable.

I'd agree. But our unit test structure is sparse at best. I'll can make an effort to standardize the unit tests (or, you're welcome to, if you'd like), then we should put what we expect on the Wiki. But I definitely agree with guidelines.
