What needs documentation?

Improve the implementing chain signatures doc based on Prox feedback.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify and fix the examples (e.g., BTC snippet doesnt work due to the requirement of attached deposit)
• I don’t think it’s “Reconstructing the Signature” so much as it’s “Formatting the Signature” from the response from MPC
• Create an article on building a BTC dApp using chain signatures
• Create Overview of architecture, user flow, etc
• Create an article on using omni-transaction-rs (in progress)
  • Create omni transaction docs #2287
  • Add docs for omni-transaction-rs + near example  #2289
• Create an article on omni bridge overview
• Create an article on how to use omni bridge
• Included feedback on this document feedback-edsondoesn't
