process.argv gets a different parsed value

I have a command "dev": "vite" in my package.json. When I run pnpm dev --target=a,b,c, the parsed parameters are as follows:

But when I run ./node_modules/.bin/vite --target=a,b,c, the parsed parameters become like this:

Weird, does this happen with other scripts, or just vite?
