What the matter about overrided?

Hi, guy.

I have a doubt about vscode hint.

when i change the tsconfig.json ([image A]), then will have the hit ([image B])

[image A] [image B]

But when i change the tsconfig.json ([image C]), then will have the hit ([image D])

[image C] [image D]

Does the typescript (or vscode) care about the file order when using the interface declarement?

The coming declarement file cannot override the previous?
