RFD 26 was moved to discussion in June 2020, updated a bit in 2021, and marked committed in April 2022 and the merged. Yet the site only shows the date it was last updated with very minor tweaks.

It would be nice if we had another date or two that better reflect when the bulk of the work was done. This RFD demonstrates some of the challenges with that, too. My initial thought was that we should have a published date, but this RFD was never marked published!

So I wonder if the most general solution here might be a list of state changes and their timestamps, which we could display on the site as a kind of flow diagram.
