Tooltip doesn´t shown on Sonoma

On macOS 14.3.1 the tooltip isn´t shown.

or did I have an wrong coding?

I can confirm that the tooltips that should appear when the text is longer than length=xx also are not working in Sonoma as of macOS 14.4.1.

I also just confirmed that they are working in Ventura.
