Describe the bug
Company logo is jumping up and down when I switch between Salient's sign in and sign up pages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Sign up'
Click on 'Sign in'
See company logo jumps down

Expected behavior
Company logo should maintain consistent position
