better way to implement inner-h-t-m-l #11

Currently inner-h-t-m-l is needed to set the inner content of an element from a Polymer template, but it feels a bit of a hack??? e.g.

<details inner-h-t-m-l="{{item.summary}}" class="post-summary"></details>

Using this issue to track and see if there's another way to do it?
