The dotenv-linter tool included in Super-Linter flags a
IncorrectDelimiterin the example file,.env.exampleused bylocal-action. In GitHub Actions, inputs are set as environment variables followingINPUT_<name as uppercase>format. E.g. if the input is calledmy-inputinaction.yml, this will be set asINPUT_MY-INPUT. The dotenv linter doesn't like this format, so this rule should be disabled.Closes #985
