Task name: AzurePowershellV5

Description: AzurePowerShell task returning incorrect warnings for AzureRM modules even though they are not installed. Added condition to check if AzRM module installed. If Installed warning prints, if not installed we will ignore the warning.

Documentation changes required: (Y/N) N

Added unit tests: (Y/N) N

Attached related issue: (Y/N) Incident 568437481 : [CSS Escalation] AzurePowerShell task returning incorrect warnings for AzureRM modules even though they are not installed
