stream wallpaper fixes

This is a patch update for v1.7.2.4 that fixes some bugs.

What's new in v1.7.2.6:

• Fixed duplicate wallpaper mode not working for stream wallpapers.
• Fixed stream wallpapers not working with MS Edge.

• For live streams it is recommended to use WebView2 (Edge):

  If you wish to revert to old stream plugin:

• To keep audio always muted:
  Navigate to Lively settings -> Audio -> Master volume -> 0
  (Stream wallpapers will require restart for settings to take effect.)

• Removed default stream plugin due to bug reports.
  For live stream wallpapers it is recommended to use WebView2 (Edge) instead.
• Updated .NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.20.
  May prompt a system restart after update.
• Updated CefSharp browser.
  Includes a number of high priority Chromium security updates.
• Updated mpv player.
• Updated dependencies.
• Updated language translations.
